A new program designed to aid First Nation coaches throughout the region, and the province, was launched recently. On June 25, the Canada Games Council announced the launch of its Aboriginal Apprentice Coach Program. This is a joint venture in partnership with the Aboriginal Sport Circle and the Coaching Association of Canada.
